Craps tables in casinos corner the market on highs, lows, and raucous entertainment. This high energy game of dice rolling and betting is enjoyed by many in casinos. Are you one of those? If so, you should know that there is an entire line of craps tables and supplies that can provide everything you need to have casino style craps games in your very own home.

Casino style craps tables are very unique in craftsmanship and accessories such as custom felt, mirrors, and pyramid rubber bumpers. These special features combined with the elegant wood work and padded rails make the task difficult but not impossible, since there are several options available with all of these features.

If you are just looking to do a test run first, please start off with a cheap but effective Craps felt layout. This item has a craps table layout screen printed onto a wool felt cloth that measures 3 feet by 6 feet. Simply find a way to fasten the felt down and begin enjoying your game.

One of the most important parts of the game of craps is the dice. You can choose to purchase regular casino play dice or you can opt to purchase a set of high quality, precision dice that have been serialized. These dice sets are manufactured with strict quality standards and are precision balanced with flush faces.

You are going to need some other items for your craps game. You will need buttons for betting and marking. You will also need a dice stick, which is used by the stick man to retrieve dice during the game. A dice boat to hold your dice would also be a nice addition to your game. All of these accessories will help to make your craps game more exciting.

The on/off button for craps is available in a small 1.25 inch wafer style button that is about 1/8 of an inch thick. This button is used to indicate the intentions of individual players. With it the player can call off his or her table bets in an ongoing craps game. There is also much larger on/off puck that is 3 inches in diameter, over half an inch thick, and has two rubber o-ring bumpers. This is typically used by the dealer to indicate the point number, which was rolled in the come-out round. If it is "Off" then the game is in the come-out round.

If a player wishes to place a bet that a particular point, other than the current point, will be rolled before a 7 is rolled, then the buy bet is placed. This bet is marked by using the Buy side of the Buy/Lay button. To mark a bet with opposite intentions, that is; the 7 will be rolled before a particular point, the Lay side will be used to mark the respective point. This is called a lay bet. The Buy/Lay button is a very important part of the game of craps.
